ALDERMAN TIM KELLY ACCUSES COLLEAGUE OF MAKING RACIST COMMENTS

Alderman Tim Kelly makes remarks about his experiences with racism at City Hall during a City Council meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 20.

Ken said in response: “A visibly shaken Alderman Tim Kelly silenced the council chambers on Wednesday (9/20) as he reported being the victim of a racial slur by another council member. My personal reaction facilitated between disbelief, shock and rage that any elected city leaders would be capable of such insensitivity, at best, or cruelty, at worst.”
